Dr. Bryan Wilson, Psychologist

With over a decade of dedicated service in school psychology, Dr. Bryan Wilson brings expertise in neuropsychology, educational leadership, and mental health to his roles in school systems, private practice, and administration. He specializes in advocating for students with disabilities and those impacted by trauma, socioeconomic barriers, and other challenges. Known for his collaborative approach, Bryan develops innovative programs, fosters strong relationships, and supports underserved students to ensure they thrive academically and socially.

Dr. Wilson holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction (Special Education Cognate) from Liberty University, an Ed.S. in School Psychology and an M.A. in Elementary Education from Marshall University, and a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia Wesleyan College. His credentials include licensure as a school psychologist in multiple states and the National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP).

His extensive experience includes psychoeducational assessments, mental health interventions, and development of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and mental health initiatives. In his role as Director of Special Education for the Ohio Valley Educational Service Center, Dr. Wilson supervised diverse special education services, ensuring compliance and excellence in support for students with special needs. As a school psychologist, he has led program evaluations, intervention team enhancements, and post-crisis mental health support.

Dr. Wilson is a strong advocate for professional development and legislative advocacy, serving on the Executive Board and as Chair of Government and Personal Relations for the West Virginia School Psychologists Association, where he worked with lawmakers to improve school psychologist-to-student ratios.

Through his experience with online and remote assessments and in-person support, Dr. Wilson combines advanced technology with compassionate service, always focused on the well-being and growth of each student he serves.
